It’s almost October, which means I can almost start sharing Pumpkin Recipes with you. I have so many, but really, I couldn’t let apples fall by the wayside while everyone’s jumping the gun with pumpkin! I love it, don’t get me wrong, but everything has its time, and In my life, September is for apples. So here is fantastical apple snack for yah!
I don’t even know how to tell you how much of a hit these were! I made them for the first official football game, and they flew off the platter. Im pretty sure my mom ate half of them on her own. :-O They’re spectacularly tasty!
The creamy, smooth whipped feta is sweet and tangy with the cinnamon and honey mixed in, the apples, and sweet honey drizzle on top of a crunchy baguette..ugh it’s like a little bite out of perfection!
These little Cinnamon Whipped Feta and Honey Drizzles Apple Crostinis, are so festive and easy, they take no time at all. While the baguette is toasting in the oven for about ten minutes, it takes less than five minutes to whip up the feta. Then spread it, add the apples, drizzle with honey and you are on your way!
