While the baguette is toasting in the oven for about ten minutes, it takes less than five minutes to whip up the feta. Then spread it, add the apples, drizzle with honey and you are on your way!

Yield: 26-28 Crostinis

Cinnamon Whipped Feta and Honey Drizzled Apple Crostinis

Perfectly crunchy French baguette slices, smeared with creamy, tangy Cinnamon Whipped Feta, topped with apple slices, and drizzled with sweet honey! These Apple Crostinis are A wonderful, festive, and easy Fall snack or appetizer!

Ingredients

  • 1 French Baguette, sliced about 1/4" thick
  • 2 apples, sliced thin
  • honey for drizzling
  • For the Whipped Feta
  • 8 ounces freshly crumbled feta
  • 2 Tablespoons cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Arrange baguette slices in an even layer on a baking sheet, and pop into the oven until toasty, golden brown, about 8-10 minutes.
  2. While to toast are in the oven, add the feta and cream cheese to a food processor, and whip until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as necessary, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Once it's smooth, add in the honey and cinnamon, pulsing it a few times until incorporated.
  4. To assemble, spread the whipped feta onto the baguette, adding as much or as little as you like. Top with a slice of apple or two, and drizzle with honey. Enjoy!
